Final Cut Pro in Post Production - The Complete Series
Who is this Tutorial for?
This tutorial was designed for professionals and would-be professionals working with Final Cut Pro - editors, assistant editors, post production and visual effects supervisors, directors, producers and DPs.
Experience our Training on the iPad
The iPad is revolutionizing the way people access and interact with media. Video training is therefore a natural fit for people who want their training on the go or on a separate device from their main system. Because of the limited storage capacities of the iPad, we have labored to keep the movie sizes as small as possible while maintaining our high standards of image and sound quality. And perhaps best of all, you don't need to be connected to the internet to watch our tutorials on your iPad.

Tutorial Delivered Through iTunes
We realize you may have a question or two, so we created a short FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page to answer them.
Series 1 - File Based Workflow
In this first training series on file-based workflow, Christine will focus on four of the most common media formats in professional use today - Sony XDCAM EX, Panasonic P2, RED Digital Cinema and Canon DSLR workflows.

Series 2 - Prep for the Sound Editor
Picture editing is just part of the editorial process. Frequently, you need to hand off your edited sequences to a sound editor for mastering. In this series, Christine will show you how to properly prepare your sequences for working with a Pro Tools sound editor.

Series 3 - Graphics Workflows
In this series Christine will share her techniques for working with still images and motion graphics. Whether you are working with a in-house graphics team at a small post facility or a major network art department, you need to know how to successfully handle some of the most common types of graphics you are likely to receive

Series 4 - Media Management
A big part of the post production process is managing your media. In this series you'll learn how to manage render files, consolidate media to improve searching and system performance; the safest way to delete media and how to use the media manager for offline to online workflows.

Series 5 - Meeting Delivery Requirements
Not knowing what you are delivering could cost you both time and money as well as missed deadlines and future work. In this series Christine will walk you through how to prep your sequences to conform to a network's delivery spec sheet or "post production bible". If you plan on working professionally, this is one series that's gold.
