I am using the latest version of FCPX (10.4.2) and DaVinci Resolve (v15 beta) and I am trying to grade clips in FCPX that match the grades for the same clips that I’ve done in Resolve.  Many of the tools in both apps work similarly – so that’s apples to apples – but I was wondering if there was something in FCPX that approximated the “RGB Mixer” in Resolve?  I haven’t found anything in FCPX that matches this functionality.  Am I missing something?

By the way, I just finished the excellent Color Grading in 10.4 tutorial by Mark Spencer – really helpful!

You are not missing anything. While Apple did add a lot of welcomed Color functionality to FCP X, DaVinci Resolve is still a more robust Color Grading Application. The Color Board, Color Wheels, Color Curves, & Hue/Saturation Curves are the Color tools available in FCP X. Excluding Third Party Plugins.
