Alexis Van Hurkman
Alexis Van Hurkman is a writer, director, and colorist based in New York. Alexis works on a wide variety of narrative and documentary programming that has aired on Mojo HD, The History Channel, BBC Four, and WNET, including the cable series “Survival School,” and the documentary feature “Prodigal Sons" which screened at the 35th Telluride film festival. Alexis' own feature "Four Weeks, Four Hours" has screened internationally at festivals including Breckenridge, Salento, Longbaugh, and Toronto ReelHeART. He has written extensively about postproduction with books including the "Encyclopedia of Color Correction," and the user manuals for Apple’s Color, Shake, and Final Cut Pro.

Brian Gary
Brian Gary is CEO of Flying Chaucer Films and an award-winning filmmaker (director, producer, editor). His three part mini-series, Jefferson Davis, An American President (PBS) has garnered multiple 2009 Best Documentary of the year awards.
He has also produced and edited festival award winning independent films; worked extensively in television, most recently directing and editing the series SpeedFreaks (ESPN and MavTV); and as a commercial and video director crafting campaigns for clients such as: Dow/Jones Factiva, Verizon Wireless, and Lucky Brand Jeans. Upcoming projects as a producer are the feature film adaptations of Stephen King’s Bag of Bones and James Ellroy’s Clandestine.

Steve Martin is the creative force behind Ripple Training and has been using and teaching Final Cut Pro since 1999. Since Final Cut Pro's introduction, he has introduced thousands of people to Final Cut Pro through his classes, workshops and training products. He has consulted and/or trained for Apple, Adobe, Disney, Canon, Walmart and other companies. He is also a writer, producer and photographer and is a Master Trainer for Apple's Authorized Training (AATC) program.
