This is great! Thank you for this. I remember first learning this technique in Photoshop twenty years ago and it was like having Ansel Adams zone system without having to be in the darkroom. This will be an absolute favorite for me. And if you go one step further, and add an uncorrected layer of video on top, you can experiment with bringing back some color for some really nice de-saturated looks with total tonal control. Especially when you play with the compositing modes. Thank you again for another awesome mini lesson!
