How can I create an animated lower-third that allows me to change the length of the clip, while keeping the speed of the animation at it’s original speed?

I have created a lower-third in Motion, that animates on and off.  I saved it (published it) as a template for use in FCPX.  When I resize the clip in FCPX, the animation speed changes depending on if I lengthen or shorten the clip.  I am sure I’ve seen a tutorial on how to handle this, but now that I need it, I can’t find it.  How can I create an animated lower-third that allows me to change the length of the clip, while keeping the speed of the animation (animates on and then off) at it’s original speed?

You have to add Build-in/Build Out Markers as explained in this video – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yRxRZeC9Z1U&list=PLj5Nh9NxSxdnDhAVic6WEnOINaIlmOWJk&index=17

Thanks very much for the link Steve. Love your tutorials!
